Berwick United Reformed Church and Berwick Methodist Church Lent Lunches 2011 ‘Heroes for the Faith’

To be held in Berwick United Reformed Church on Main Street, Spittal, on Wednesdays, 9th 16th 23rd 30th March and 6th and 13th April from 12.00 noon.

Parking is available on Main Street and on Middle Street, Spittal.

Berwick United Reformed Church and Berwick Methodist Church extend a very warm welcome to all members of the community to join with them in this year’s series of Lent Lunches.

Following the practice of previous years, invited speakers will give talks on a chosen theme. The theme for this series is ‘Heroes for the Faith’ –the subjects not necessarily being biblical.

The charitable organisation to be supported by the series is ‘Help for Heroes’.

We begin with a light lunch from noon, costing £2.00 and the talk will begin at 1.00 pm. Heroes for the Faith
